Initially living here I regretted it - I wonât lie. But it was because of the previous property manager, Eddy. I would have to reach out time and time again to even attempt to get things done. Even then he would blow me off. I would set up times to meet with him just to get things taken care of so he couldnât blow me off or put things off any longer - still got blown off because he was never here! A few of the bigger âissuesâ that come to mind are - in June of 2024 I applied for the one and only 2 bedroom apartment this building offers. I was approved within days, but the apartment wasnât finished. I knew the building was new and understood waiting for the apartment. Eddy told me the apartment would be done in 2-4 weeks. I had to keep reaching out to him to ask for progress on the apartment. Kept getting told different dates. It just kept getting pushed out time after time. Finally it was mid August and I had to move out of my other apartment. The 2 bedroom still wasnât done. Eddy put me into a 1 bedroom apartment until I could move into the 2 bedroom apartment. I didnât really have a choice since I had to be out, but it was annoying having to move my stuff twice. I was in the 1 bedroom apartment for one month before the 2 bedroom apartment was finally finished. Another issue - the door code to the 2 bedroom apartment was the âgeneralâ code used throughout the building to open common area doors. I obviously was uncomfortable with this and Eddy said he would change it the following day. My door code wasnât changed for over a week. This would have taken less than 1 minute of his time. Yet I had to worry for a week about my apartment and belongings being safe. Also, neither the 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom apartments were clean when I moved in and this was odd since it was a brand new building. The 2 bedroom was much worse than the 1 bedroom. I literally had to clean it from top to bottom and there was dirt/dust covering nearly everything. Had to mop the floors several times before my feet werenât covered in crap by walking through my apartment. Baseboards and walls also needed to be cleaned. As well as the bathroom - it was obvious the toilet has been being used. I mentioned to Eddy that it wasnât clean and he didnât seem to care. I shouldnât have to spend days cleaning an apartment that is brand new and that I waited months for. The whole thing was a joke and stressful. I was working full time and in my third trimester of pregnancy. Joanna has changed how I feel living here and Iâm truly appreciative of how attentive she is whenever I have questions or concerns. I felt so bad that she came into this building having to put out so many fires left from the previous property manager, but she has done amazing. Iâm happy that she has made me feel more at ease about living here and knowing Iâll be taken care of when and if needed. I truly hope she knows that she has made a difference for the tenants living here. The only thing I will be real about (and this isnât the apartment buildings fault necessarily) is parking sucks. There is no dedicated parking and there are times we have to park on 800 south or around the block and then walk to the building. There can be some sketchy people around especially at night. Being a woman with a baby it can be scary.

I love the new Management; Joanna is so warm and welcoming and I feel as though I can go to her for anything. She helped me find the PERFECT loft space to move into. Management is super responsive and very easy to get a hold of. The apartments are in a great location and I love that theyâre pet friendly. The daily trash pick up service is also a huge perk. I have recommended living here to others who are on a budget. The studios are a tight fit, but for one person itâs just right. If youâre thinking of moving here I would definitely recommend scheduling a visit/tour.
